Dr Lo Chi-kin is a renowned and respected public affairs and communications expert in Hong Kong. Dr Lo has been a political commentator since the 1980s.

Dr Lo set up C.K. Lo & S. Lam Ltd., a public affairs and lobbying specialist, with Mr Sam Lam in January 1994. Since then, they have supported Partners setting up a number of reputable consultancies.

Dr Lo is active in public and community service. He was appointed Justice of the Peace in 2005, was awarded the Honorary University Fellowship of The Open University of Hong Kong in 2004, and received The Outstanding Young Person Award in 1990.

Dr Lo obtained his Ph.D. at London School of Economics and Political Sciences and Bachelor of Social Sciences at the University of Hong Kong. He has published and edited a number of books on communications, crisis management and politics of China and Hong Kong.
